To Much Screen Time

In the past two weeks I have watched as much television, videos and overall screen time as I did in three months while I was working full time.

No wonder I have a headache!

I need to focus on using the various devices for research or actual business needs. Stay off Facebook and Instagram and work on art instead.

I also need to go out side more. I need exercise and fresh air. Ideas are not created with me on my butt looking at other peoples problems.
